Oaklynn has her PT over right now and they are walking in her walker. Her PT always reminds her to "Pick it up" meaning that she needs to pick her feet up in order to walk. Half way through their walk around the house Oaklynn yells, "PICK IT UP"! This is the first time we have ever heard her say 3 words in a row!! She has been trying to talk SO MUCH today. Has even said "baby" a few times. Love her determination!

Anniversary Giveaway
I know this post has nothing to do with my daughter or Rett Syndrome, but this is my business. Since I do this business to make money for Oaklynn, I decided to post it on this blog.
November 28th marks my one year anniversary of starting my Etsy business. I wanted to do a giveaway to thank all my customers for being so awesome (and also welcome new customers)!
I will be giving away 2 prizes.
Each is worth over $100.
They each have the same kind of stuff in it, just different styles. They include:
-1 vinyl board
-3 miniature pumpkins (from "Oakeebear")
-1 magnetic picture board (from "Oakeebear")
-5 headbands
-4 labeling chalkboards (from "Oakeebear")
-1 children's necklace
Below are pictures of the first prize . . .

The labeling chalk boards are good for placing out in front of dishes when you have people over (to label the dish). Putting on your door knob to tell guests to enter. Putting on baby's door to remind people she is sleeping. Tying to a chair to label seats. They have lots of purposes and
I LOVE THEM!
The magnetic picture boards can hold pictures or recipes (or whatever you want!).
THANKS FOR SUPPORTING MY BUSINESS AND GOOD LUCK
(I will only ship within the US. If outside of the US, you may enter if you are willing to pay shipping)

Oakeebear is my mother-in-laws shop. She has donated MANY items for me to sell at boutiques to benefit Oaklynn (my daughter). Please support her shop as she has helped support my daughter in many ways.

The headbands were all donated to my daughter from various shops to be sold at a boutique and have the money go into her fund. These were some of my favorites that I purchased from her boutique to give to you all!
Winners will be announced on this blog, on Facebook, and contacted directly.

Facebook Page
I have started a Facebook page called "My Silent Angels Fight" to teach others about Rett Syndrome. On there (unlike my blog), I introduce other girls and post facts about RS. Please follow us on Facebook!

Halloween 2012
We had a Halloween party at my parents house last Saturday. The kids did crafts, decorated cookies, and went on a treasure hunt. Oaklynn had a lot of fun. She LOVES her cousins.
HAPPY HALLOWEEN
